1. Introduction

3. Account Registration and Verification

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jaya7 are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). jaya7 supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ৳200. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at jaya7's discretion, and the current list of accepted payment methods is displayed on the platform at the time of transaction.

• §All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. jaya7 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Deposits from unverified or third-party sources may be reversed and the corresponding funds held pending investigation.

• §jaya7 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) may apply their own transaction fees independent of jaya7. Players are responsible for any fees charged by their own payment service providers.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jaya7. Engaging in any prohibited activity will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, and may result in reporting to relevant authorities.

• §Using any automated software, robot, crawler, scraper, or any other mechanical or electronic means to access, monitor, copy, or interact with jaya7 in any way not expressly sanctioned by jaya7 in writing.

• §Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, verification, or the withdrawal process, including use of another person's identity documents or any forged documentation.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

jaya7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discret ion, with or without prior notice, in the circumstances described below.

• §jaya7 may suspend an account immediately and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity theft, collusion, or any other conduct considered harmful to the integrity of the platform or to other players.
• §On permanent account closure, jaya7 will return any verified, unencumbered real-money balance to the account holder via the last verified withdrawal method on record, after deducting any amounts legitimately owed to jaya7, including outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses.

Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five business days. During this period the account will be suspended to prevent further deposits or gaming activity.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jaya7's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. jaya7 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.

11. Amendments to These Terms

jaya7 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Your continued use of jaya7 following notification of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
